Vault Mobility

Every ride goes somewhere.
We're building what's waiting.

The trails are world-class. The destination experience hasn't caught up. Vault is the bike parking layer NWA has been missing.

The Trail-to-Town Gap

750+ miles of trail connecting seven cities. Riders fly in from around the world. Locals ride every week. NWA has invested hundreds of millions in trails, bike lanes, and active transportation — and it shows.

The next opportunity is at the destination.

Finish a lap on Slaughter Pen or the Back 40 and you're five minutes from the Bentonville square. You'd grab dinner, browse the shops, catch a show. But there's nowhere safe to leave a bike you care about — so the ride ends early.

The trails are built. The riders are here. What's missing is the infrastructure that turns a great ride into a great experience.

The Story

Today

Rider locks up on the square. Nice bike. Walks into a restaurant. Sits by the window. Not watching the game. Watching the bike. Eats fast. Tips fast. Leaves.

40 minutes. One stop. Gone.

With Vault

Same rider. Vault station. Locks in. Plugs in. Sits at the bar. Watches the game. Orders another round. Wanders next door. Walks the square.

Dinner, drinks, shopping. The evening begins.

Same rider. Same bike. The only difference was somewhere to park.

Why It Matters Now

Without somewhere safe to park, riders change their behavior — cutting trips short, skipping stops, driving instead of riding.

A group finishes a Saturday morning ride and wants to grab coffee downtown. Nobody trusts the rack out front with their bikes, so they skip it and head home. The coffee shop never sees them.

A commuter drives three miles to work instead of biking because there's nowhere secure to park at the office. One more car in the lot.

A tourist rides the trails all day but skips downtown entirely — there's no secure place to leave a bike while they explore. The hotel gets the room. The restaurants don't get the meal.

And when theft happens, the damage compounds.

Every one of those is a rider — and a customer — removed from the ecosystem.

The gap between NWA's trails and its destinations isn't just a missed amenity. It's missed revenue, missed rides, and missed riders.

How We're Building It

Built from the ground up with the people who know NWA best — municipalities, trail groups, tourism boards, employers, property managers, and riders who know these downtowns better than anyone.

Every conversation sharpens the model. Starting in Bentonville and expanding from there.

What Vault Is Building

Bike racks exist. But NWA is still missing a connected, amenity-scale parking network built for how people actually ride today. Whether you're on a daily commuter or a high-end e-bike — you deserve somewhere safe to stop.

Step 1

Find a spot.

Check hub locations and availability before you arrive. Know there's a secure spot waiting.

Step 2

Lock and go.

Secure, built for bikes worth protecting. Go to dinner. See a show. Hit the shops.

Step 3

Come back to your bike.

Exactly what you left. No anxiety. No rush. The ride continues on your terms.

Who This Is For

More rides. More stops. More reasons to leave the car at home.

For Everyone Who Doesn't Ride Yet

63% of NWA adults own a bike. Most rarely use it. When secure parking exists where people already go — downtown, at work, near campus — more people ride. Vault doesn't just serve today's cyclists. It creates tomorrow's.

For Riders

Lock up on the square and grab dinner. Ride to the grocery store instead of driving. Bike to the movies, the coffee shop, the farmers market. When parking is handled, the bike becomes how you get around — not just how you ride.

For Local Businesses

The cyclist finally becomes the customer. Studies consistently show cyclists visit local businesses more frequently than drivers and spend more over time. One car parking space holds 10–12 bikes. That's not one customer — it's a dozen.

For Tourism

NWA's tourism boards are spending real dollars to bring cyclists here — and it's working. But the visitor who flies in for a week, rents an Airbnb, and wants to ride to dinner every night hits the same parking problem as everyone else. Secure parking changes the math. A day trip becomes a weekend. A weekend becomes a week. And during Big Sugar, Oz Trails Off-Road, and Joe Martin, thousands of riders need infrastructure that matches the experience they came for.

For Employers

NWA's Fortune 500 campuses already invest in bike-friendly infrastructure. Vault extends that commitment beyond the gate — secure parking at office parks and downtown locations so employees can ride to work, not just ride at work.

For Property Managers & Developers

Downtown apartments and multifamily communities need secure bike parking — and most don't have it. Vault gives residents a reason to ride instead of drive, and gives property managers an amenity that attracts tenants who value an active lifestyle.

For Cities & Campuses

Destination-side infrastructure that makes trail and bike lane investments pay off. Real data on how riders move through your downtown. For NWA's major universities, a real alternative to driving and fighting for a spot. The region built the trails — Vault builds what comes next.
